With 13+ years embedded inside complex European, Swiss, Australian, and US Financial & Utility Services, I lead enterprise delivery enablement and own end-to-end Agile scaling implementation from design through rollout.

That work sits inside federated operating models: decentralised business units, group-wide CoEs, shared services, and multi-country delivery teams aligned to one enterprise scaling approach. AI Governance and EU AI Act readiness are layered on top of that delivery model where clients require them.

At KBC, I rolled out scaled Agile across Belgium, Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, and India. At iostring, I built the enterprise Agile CoE and delivery enablement model from the ground up with organisation-wide mandate.

Whether navigating ECB regulatory deadlines, GDPR compliance windows, or bringing Europe's first blockchain-based digital coin to market, I enable federated enterprises to move with Compliant Velocity.

I am an IAPP-certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP) and am currently studying AI Regulation: Navigating The EU AI Act at Delft University of Technology, Netherlands. I completed AI Regulation and Law at KU Leuven in March 2026.

Actively engaged with leading global forums, universities, and academic experts to advance ongoing research in AI governance and enterprise transformation.
