With 13+ years embedded inside complex European, Swiss, Australian, and US Financial & Utility Services, I lead enterprise delivery enablement and own end-to-end Agile scaling implementation from design through rollout.

At KBC, I rolled out scaled Agile across Belgium, Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, and India. At iostring, I built the enterprise Agile CoE and delivery enablement model from the ground up with organisation-wide mandate.
